Run this on EVERY design before you make it.

TEST 1 — does it use anything that belongs to someone else?
 [ ] no brand names, logos or slogans
 [ ] no one else's artwork, characters or lyrics
 [ ] no celebrity name or likeness
 [ ] fonts / stock elements are licensed to SELL
 Rule: if a stranger would recognise a brand, character, lyric or famous
 person in your design, do not make it.

TEST 2 — is the design genuinely your own?
 [ ] my own original design, not a bought template
 [ ] AI, if used, was my own prompt — and I will disclose it
 [ ] I will name my production partner on the listing

A design that clears both checks is lower-risk to build. This is a practical
risk screen, not legal advice or a guarantee.
