A set of working functions is not a business that runs itself — it's a pile of
parts, and YOU are still the thing wiring them together in real time. The
missing piece isn't another function. It's the SCHEDULE that fires them. Design
your week as a handful of booked GATES; the machine runs continuously between
them. You stop being the doing with a little thinking squeezed in, and become
the thinking, with the doing handled underneath you.

⚠️ A cadence in your head is a to-do list, and a to-do list loses to whatever's
on fire. Booked in the calendar, it's a commitment the week is built around.
