  SUSPENSION-RESPONSE PLAN

  0. VERIFY it is really from Etsy (phishing is common);
     CLASSIFY the restriction: temporary / listing /
     payment / permanent; CHECK what access remains
     (desktop browser? orders? funds? - an account Etsy
      calls SUSPENDED cannot use the seller apps or buy
      Etsy labels; lesser restrictions differ).
  1. FOLLOW the remedy the notice names
  2. GATHER evidence from my backups (records, charter, proof)
  3. If appealing: fix what is fixable, then ONE complete,
     factual reply via Etsy's official channel only
  4. KEEP in-rule: ship what I can (non-Etsy label ready);
     Etsy Messages = order logistics ONLY - never explain,
     vent, or hint at buying elsewhere; my OWN opted-in list
     is where I share honest news (still never diverting a
     live Etsy order)
  5. ACTIVATE the liquidity buffer
