Not long ago, one person could not run a whole company — it needs too many kinds of work for one pair of hands. AI changed that maths. This series is the honest version: not a "passive income" fantasy, but the real skill of directing AI as staff to run a business you own completely. You have already met the method — the free worksheets are lifted straight from these pages. The books are the why behind them.
Book 1 · BasicsPick a solo-viable business, make your first offer, and get paid
For: you are AI-curious, want income without employees, and half-suspect this is real for other people but not for someone like you. Maybe you have no idea what to sell yet. You finish with: a business one person can run, a real offer in front of real people, and your first paid sale — or a tested, honest read on the likeliest thing to change, and the next test to run.
Nine chapters: what a one-person AI business really is, picking one from an honest menu, staffing three AI engines by role, validating demand with a real money-ask before you build, sharpening one narrow offer, pricing it and holding a floor, launching into the silence every business starts in, reading that silence and taking the first completed sale, and meeting the good problem on the other side — you become the bottleneck.
Comes with, free: the model-for-the-job chooser, the starter operating brain, the demand test with founding-reservation terms, the offer builder, the margin spreadsheet and four-suspects diagnostic.

Book 2 · IntermediateOne person runs the whole machine
For: you have a paid offer and some revenue, and everything routes through your own hands — demand, sales, delivery, support and the numbers, all done manually, an evening at a time. You finish with: one full week the business ran on a documented system with you off at least one whole function — or a measured, honest read on the one function that still won't leave your hands, and the next test to run.
Twelve chapters: measuring where your hours actually go, deepening the operating brain into the decision rules that make AI act as your company, and delegating your first function to a written acceptance line — the first win. Then each function in turn — demand, sales, delivery, support — handed off by the business decision, not the software build: what "good" looks like, the numbers that gate it, and the one thing the AI may never decide. Then the low point, where an ungoverned AI does real damage and you build the review gates and kill switch; the solo unit economics and the leverage ratio you raise; the weekly cadence that ties it together; and the full week you run it off a function — the proof — before the machine hands you the next constraint: the ceiling.
Comes with, free: the bottleneck audit, the operating-brain builder, the function-delegation kit, the guardrails & kill-switch sheet, the leverage-ratio spreadsheet and weekly cadence planner.

Book 3 · AdvancedCompound revenue per hour — leverage, not labour
For: you have a stable solo business that runs on a system, and it's plateaued — effort no longer buys growth, because your own hours, attention or positioning are the ceiling. You finish with: one measured leverage cycle that raised your revenue per hour with no added recurring labour, under a rule you set in advance — plus a durability audit of what you actually own — or a precise diagnosis of which ceiling refused to move.
Eleven chapters: name which ceiling actually binds and put a number on it (the leverage ratio); earn a position you can own and productise the judgement only you have — the first result that adds revenue without adding hours; raise prices with a rule and build a distribution flywheel you own; let AI run more under authority caps and a kill threshold; cut the profitable-but-hungry work that drags the ratio down; audit how durable — and how fragile — the whole thing is; deploy one governed leverage cycle that moves the number for real; and install the quarterly cadence that keeps it compounding after the last page.
Comes with, free: the ceiling diagnostic, the positioning worksheet, the productised-judgement planner, the governed-autonomy table, the profitable-but-hungry audit, the durability scorecard, the leverage-cycle planner, and the leverage-ratio scoreboard, price-rise calculator and flywheel tracker.

The foundation the whole series is built on — a business chosen, an offer made, a first sale taken, by hand, with AI as your team. Intermediate and Advanced follow, each closing one gap and handing the next book the next one.

Why trust itThe research, checked
Every figure carries the status of its evidence: a checkable fact is named with its source and date, a real operator's own number is flagged as a report rather than a rule, and a rule of thumb is called what it is — a starting point you replace with your own data. Where a number could not be verified cleanly, the book says so rather than round it into false confidence. AI model prices and payment fees are dated and re-checked, because they change faster than a book can. No invented case studies, no "our data shows". That is the whole promise: the ecommerce research, checked, and handed to you in a form you can act on.
